Take a Walk
After strenuous exercise you have to let your body rest. I’m not just talking about a good night’s sleep, I’m talking about a rest day. Make sure you incorporate rest days into your post workout routine. While you need to take days off from the gym, you shouldn’t sit on the couch and binge watch Netflix all day. Do some light exercises on your rest days such as taking a walk or doing some yoga. Doing some light exercise will help relieve your post workout soreness as well.
